Two years ago, I got the opportunity to write a piece for orchestra for the first time. I wrote a rhapsody for a symphony orchestra and jazz quartet “White Night”. In the rhapsody I tried to describes my experience from a shamanic ceremony that I attended. Musically, I tried to find my voice in the seam between classical and jazz music, between a clear “form” and complete freedom. This upcoming November we will play three new works for Orchestra & Quartet premiere in Germany with Jenaer Philharmonie Thank you Maestro Michael Wolpe for the guidance, the close accompaniment you gave me and to my music. you are truly an amazing person and incredible musician.
